Overview

We are seeking a true hybrid : someone who can engage clients, articulate value, win projects and then get their hands dirty delivering them. This role combines the best of consulting (client insight, business development) and product / delivery (fintech builds, automation, platform rollout). You’ll work with senior stakeholders to define transformation programmes and then drive them to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Lead engagements with banks, fintechs and asset managers to identify and define digital transformation opportunities (digital banking, SME finance, embedded finance, data & AI).
• Drive proposal development, client presentations and proof‑of‑concept discussions.
• Translate business challenges into specific digital / product solutions and collaborate internally to structure go‑to‑market plans.
