Technical Sales & Project Specialist

As a member of the QA team, you will support the team in the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, logistics and cost. You are responsible to support A & One’s best-in‑class quality assurance and controls management systems. You are required to deliver on all required key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across all quality functions to achieve operational excellence.

1. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, serving as customers key account managers from the first touchpoint to on‑time delivery.

2. Provide technical support in sales presentations, briefings, product demonstrations.

3. Participate in monthly sales team reviews to update on the learnings and challenges.

4. Conduct pre‑sales and / or post‑sales technical consulting activities.

5. Coordinate client needs with various internal resources and teams.

6. Stay up to date on technology news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc.

7. Achieve sales objectives and identify business opportunities.

8. Develop relationships with new prospects by leveraging personal and business networks.

9. Responsible for answering sales inquiries from both local and international sales markets.

10. Lead technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues and priorities.

11. Present project status internally and leads communication between the project team and its stakeholders.

12. Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust‑based relationships that create value.

13. Manage sales campaigns for top opportunities in the precision engineering domain and will be responsible for day‑to‑day campaign management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition / execution, proposal development, oral presentation, and support of contract negotiations.

14. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

15. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in‑depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

16. Collaborate with operations department and other cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery and zero defects to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
