Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Execute business development process, managing stakeholders and business proposals.
- Devise strategic planning and manage projects deliverables.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files
- Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires
- Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status
Requirements :
