Job Duties :
This role will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of all areas of the business by being assigned to different departments, before being placed in a suitable role permanently.The purpose of the program is to provide the employee with a comprehensive understanding of the business.To participate in business negotiations and building of relationships with core clients and vendors.Assist the directors with the execution on various key business decisions.High-performing individuals can take a fast-track route to a leadership position.There is a possibility to be involved with regional growth or other businesses within the same group.Other ad-hoc duties applyDescription / Requirements :
