Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, introducing them to our platform and services.
• Assist customers with account opening, app navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Educate customers about investment tools, promotions, and features available our platform.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain the retail space to ensure a professional and engaging customer experience.
