Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and cross-functional project teams to deliver key milestones on time and within budget.
- Plan, research, and execute regional HR projects, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined and progress is effectively communicated to stakeholders.
- Partner with regional management, HR leaders, and external partners to enhance project outcomes and ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review.
- Manage project logistics, meetings, and documentation.
- Support the Regional HR Manager in ad-hoc regional or global HR initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in compensation practices.Proven experience in project management, with hands-on execution responsibilities.HOW TO APPLY :
