Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the regional and corporate business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs across regional offices.
- Partner with senior management to support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in all operating countries.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee retention, and productivity.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR policies, structures, and systems to regional and country-level HR teams.
- Oversee regional reporting, budgeting, and HR analytics to support management decision-making.
- Lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Advise on cross-border employment matters, including mobility, expatriate management, and regional HR governance.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or leadership capacity.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce trends across Asia.Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders across multiple countries.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Tell employers what skills you have
