Job description2 – 4 years of sales admin / export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products). Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping. Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems. Experience working with European partners or markets is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Export Sales Administrator
Salary : $2,800 – $3,800
Working Days : Monday – Friday | 9am – 6pm
Working Location : Ubi
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents.
- Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, shipping instructions).
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams.
- Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ.
- Maintain data for order tracking and reporting.
