Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Technical Support Engineer

Job Scope :

• Perform basic repairs and module replacements for intercom and related devices
• Handle RMA processes, including troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with vendors
• Conduct in-house testing, quality checks, and verification of repaired or replaced units
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and modules
• Prepare simple reports on repairs, failures, and RMA trends
• Provide on-site support for service calls or project installations as needed
• Assist service and project teams with technical support when required
• Assist with new product testing and evaluation
• Assist with other technical tasks as assigned
