ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and disseminate monthly reports.
- Collate and submit monthly online sales & marketing accruals and expenses.
- Assist and Support Sales teams on new accounts opening procedure and banking
- Manage sales order processing and coordinate delivery logistics.
- Monitor customer activities and handle related claims.
- Manage contract documentation
- Provide support to Technical department
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a DiplomaProficient in Microsoft officeMeticulous, responsible and team playerWork location : Kaki Bukit
