We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Department. The ideal individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong foundation in report writing, particularly within the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Department
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining audit-related reports, presentations, and communications
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
• Read, interpret, and summarize reports across all audit functions including compliance, risk, operations, and finance
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
• Support the HOD in managing priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting standards
