Your Role

As a Personal Banker , you will play a key role in delivering a personalized banking experience to customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

🔹 Understand customers' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions

🔹 Offer sound financial advice in accordance with regulatory and bank guidelines

🔹 Proactively engage with customers to deepen relationships and drive new business opportunities

🔹 Work closely with other banking teams, including Priority Banking and Business Banking

🔹 Ensure smooth and high-quality customer service experience

🔹 Conduct KYC / CDD and maintain customer portfolio updates

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Experience as a Relationship Manager or Personal Banker is a plus!
• Candidates with insurance sales experience are welcome to apply
• Strong sales acumen and proven ability to meet targets
• Passion for customer engagement and financial advisory
