Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined and seamless arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
- Build lasting relationships with guests.
- Coordinate special requests or arrangements to elevate the overall dining experience.
- Liaise closely with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.
- Maintain the reception and waiting areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Requirements
