Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness studio located at The Centrepoint, Orchard. We offer a wide range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Aerial and Functional Training. We’re passionate about helping our members lead healthier, happier lives — and we’re looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our studio — inspiring potential members to begin their wellness journey, building meaningful relationships, and driving membership growth through excellent customer service and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with walk-in guests, leads, and inquiries (online & offline)
• Conduct studio tours and explain membership options, classes, and facilities
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for membership and personal training packages
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals
• Participate in events, promotions, and outreach campaigns to generate leads

Requirements

✅ Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude

✅ Prior experience in sales or fitness industry is an advantage (but not required)
