Roles & Responsibilities
IT Support :
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team’s IT-related issues and external IT service providers.
- Set up and maintain remote desktop access for team members.
- Manage office IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
- Ensure proper data security and user access management.
- Lead IT system enhancement projects.
AI and Automation Implementation / Support
Implement AI initiatives to improve operational services.Drive new AI projects, including (but not limited to) chatbot, voicebot, and automated response systems, through coding and programming (if required).Develop automation solutions to streamline operational processes and workflows.Operational Support
Develop and maintain operational workflows and supporting documents.Facilitate and document regular operations meetings.Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).Assist clients in hospitals with registration, payment, and other support as needed.Reporting and Data Management :
Track and report on key operational performance metrics.Prepare and distribute regular reports for internal stakeholders.Maintain and update incentive and performance tracking files.Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems.Compliance and others :
Be responsible for data security, information security and BCP complianceMonitor and manage email communications and case management systems.Coordinate logistics for internal and external events and meetings.Provide administrative support to various departments.
