Job descriptionImplement AI initiatives to improve operational services. Drive new AI projects, including (but not limited to) chatbot, voicebot, and automated response systems, through coding and programming (if required). Develop automation solutions to streamline operational processes and workflows. Develop and maintain operational workflows and supporting documents. Facilitate and document regular operations meetings. Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist clients in hospitals with registration, payment, and other support as needed. Track and report on key operational performance metrics. Prepare and distribute regular reports for internal stakeholders. Maintain and update incentive and performance tracking files. Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems. Be responsible for data security, information security and BCP compliance Monitor and manage email communications and case management systems. Coordinate logistics for internal and external events and meetings.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the team’s IT-related issues and external IT service providers.
- Set up and maintain remote desktop access for team members.
- Manage office IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
- Ensure proper data security and user access management.
- Lead IT system enhancement projects.
