Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handling project schedule, submission of schedule of work done (SoWd) & monthly project photos or reports
- Handling of calls
- Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements
- Prepare purchase order
- Assist in documentation preparation for new tender
- Assist in simple payroll
- Submission of CPF, work permit applications / renewal
- General admin support
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
