Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the baggage handling operations across Control Centre, Departure, Deployment, and Arrival teams. Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) : Monitor real-time flight and baggage information, allocating duties and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment Supervise baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks to ensure timely loading and unloading Handle baggages for transfer and tight connection flights Investigate and report incidents of mishandled and damaged bags, in accordance to the various airline requirements Ensure container / trolley are correctly setup, baggage documentation, and compliance with security requirements. Liaise with Load Control, ground handlers and internal teams for operational updates Requirements : Local Diploma in any discipline GCE N / O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec will be considered for Customer Care Specialist role instead Proficient in English Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills Physically fit Comfortable with rotating shift (morning, afternoon and overnight shift) Benefits : Eligible for Joining Bonus, AWS (13-month Bonus) and Performance Bonus Shift allowance and Overtime pay Staff transport (working beyond midnight) Training will be provided We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
