Video Editing &
Post-Production
Edit and produce
promotional videos, short clips, and course materials.
Use
AI-powered tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Pika, HeyGen) to enhance
efficiency in video creation, voiceovers, and
subtitles.
Optimize video formats and durations for
different platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, YouTube,
Facebook, etc.).
Bilingual
Graphic & Poster Design
Independently
create both Chinese and English posters, banners, course
introductions, and social media graphics.
Utilize AI
design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL
quickly generate and refine visuals.
Ensure designs align
with the company's brand style and market trends.
Daily Content Creation Based on Company
Updates
Quickly adapt to company news,
events, and campaigns to create daily bilingual
(Chinese & English) posters and
videos .
Publish content promptly to
relevant social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent
posting schedule to maximize engagement.
AI Tools & Content
Optimization
Leverage AI (ChatGPT, Claude,
Copilot, etc.) for bilingual copywriting, translation, and creative
brainstorming.
Continuously explore and integrate new AI
tools to improve design and editing productivity.
Develop
fresh, market-relevant visual concepts based on campaign
needs.
Collaboration &
Communication
Work closely with marketing,
operations, and course teams to fully understand requirements and
deliver high-quality results under tight
deadlines.
Proactively contribute creative ideas to
enhance the company's
branding.
Requirements
Skills &
Experience
1-3 years of experience in video
editing, graphic design, or social media content creation
(outstanding fresh graduates will be
considered).
Proficient in PR, AE, CapCut, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Canva, and other editing / design
software.
Prior experience with AI-based design and video
production tools preferred.
Language
Ability
Fluent in both written and spoken
Chinese and English.
Able to independently produce
bilingual visuals and copywriting.

learner , able to adapt quickly to new company
updates and turn them into creative content.

Self-driven, curious
