Airline Airport representative

Job descriptionProvide frontline customer service at check-in counters, verifying passports, travel documents, and issuing boarding passes. Supervise ground agents and offer guidance as needed. Assist with cargo bookings and manage lost and found items. Facilitate a seamless arrival and departure process for passengers, collaborating with Flight Captains and Cabin Crew. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Oversee special handling procedures for VIP passeengers and others requiring extra attention. Proactively handle additional duties and projects assigned by the Manager. A-level or Diploma Qualification. Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A service-oriented mindset and a psssion for the aviation industry. Initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Customer service experience is a plus. Prior experience in the travel or airline industry is preferred, but training will be provided. Ability to work a rotating shift schedule at Changi Airport, including weekends and public holidays. Immediate or short-notice start date is a plus. Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
