Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure smoothy operations / good customer services.
• Support Airfreight Manager to lead and develop the airfreight operations team
• Support sales to develop New Local businesses
• Develop Existing Customers and Partners’ Businesses
• Timely Response and Follow up on all RFI / RFQs
• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
• Follow up on assigned customers’ outstanding collection.
• Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.

Any other official duties assign by Senior Management.
