Role Overview

As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and growth of the company. You will drive business performance, strengthen our market position, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive sustainable growth.

Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in Singapore and the wider region.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability.

Build and nurture a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and uphold service quality standards.

Represent the company with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 8 years of leadership experience, ideally within the travel, tourism, or service industry.

Strong business acumen and proven track record in driving growth and profitability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing market.
