Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative assistance to the logistics department.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of machinery certifications, road tax, and insurance renewals.
- Support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections as required.
- Provide reception coverage when necessary.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of materials to and from construction sites.
- Communicate with suppliers and project staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
- Track and update delivery statuses, providing regular progress reports to the project team.
- Maintain and update records of material and tool inventory.
- Assist with stock-taking and asset-tracking activities.
- Record and update daily working hours and overtime for workers and site staff.
- Collect, review, and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims from site supervisors.
- Prepare and submit monthly overtime reports to support payroll processing.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
