Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a large manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while supporting the organization’s shift toward advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sizable production workforce, including managers, engineers, and operators, to deliver on business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce, equipment, materials, and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Drive initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
• Identify and resolve issues related to workflow, equipment, and product quality.
• Oversee people development, performance management, and departmental budgets.
• Establish and maintain systems for quality assurance and compliance with standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strengthen coordination and collaboration with supporting functions.
• Advance smart manufacturing practices through automation, digitalization, and data-driven initiatives.
