Responsibilities

• You will also play a key role in developing this business line within Synpulse, identifying opportunities, leading sales efforts, and managing and developing client relationships.
• Opportunity to build business across ASEAN and Beyond.
• Developing Innovative client solution that combines consulting services with leading edge technology.
• Shape and develop scalable technology in Synpulse8.
• Work with Fintech and Insurtech partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
• Further build up APAC insurance practice around key focus areas such as digital transformation and operation excellence.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management.
• Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate concisely.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry specific knowledge and practical experiences across (re)insurance transformation.
• Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
• Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities in Singapore and in the region.
• Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.
