We are looking for a HR Transformation Consultant who has prior experience in HR consulting to drive execution of HR consulting projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have some HR consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm.

Day-to-Day Activities for Consultant

• Support with HR transformation projects including HR business process design and HR strategy initiatives
• Support with the Change Management workstream for large HRIS implementations from including developing Change Strategies and managing communications or delivering workshops for users
• Develop engaging communications and multimedia content including videos and infographics
• Develop presentations for our clients that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner
• Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
• Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders

Ideal Profile and Required Competencies :

Adapt with client stakeholder management – demonstrated through past work experience and general presentability of the candidate.
