Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in production of various kind of pastry products in a factory environment in accordance with specifications and order requirements
  • Assist and work together in the team for cake coating, cake assembly and cream mixing as according to the schedule
  • Follow and carry out instructions and work plans assigned by kitchen in charge
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with HACCP / FSSC requirements
  • Operate and ensure regular maintenance of all baking equipments
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the work space at all times

Requirements :

  • Passion in pastry making
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in making pastry or in a similar role
  • Ability to work well together in a team to meet production datelines
  • Able to work independently as and when need to
  • Sense of responsibility and good initiative
  • Possess an eye for detail
  • 5 working days per week
