Roles & Responsibilities

Jobscope :

• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk / digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
