The company is

a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to

join them as a Patient Service Associate (6-Months

convertible).

Job

Responsibilities :

Respond to patient inquiries and address their

needs

Assist patients at the pre-registration

kiosk

Provide guidance and support at the

self-payment kiosk

Support the operations

clinic services

Assist with wayfinding and

manage crowd flow

Handle patient registration

and appointment scheduling

Job Requirements :

Relevant experience in healthcare sector is

preferred

Able to commit to 5.5 days work week

(Saturday)
