Job descriptionNewton / Orchard Region Up to $4,800 + AWS + VB 2 Years commitment (Extendable / Convertible) Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services Carry out inspection services Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works Review contractor proposal for second opinion Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor Min 2-3 years of experience or working in an government relevant environment FSM for high rise building (at least 8 storey and above for commercial building
