About the
Role :
You will lead, oversee,
and implement effective health, safety, and environmental
management systems for our Singapore market operations. This
pivotal role ensures strict compliance with all relevant
regulations and alignment with Zuellig Pharma's global health and
safety standards, fostering a safe and compliant working
environment.
What You'll
Do : Ensure compliance
develop and implement procedures and programs.
investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA).
Manage environmental programs
(e.g., waste management, pollution prevention) and monitor
performance metrics.
Conduct risk assessments
for workplace hazards and environmental impacts; develop mitigation
strategies and emergency response plans.
Develop and deliver training programs on safety, health,
and environmental compliance topics; promote a culture of
safety.
Communicate EHS initiatives to
stakeholders; collaborate with internal teams and regulatory
agencies; lead safety committee meetings.
Lead
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 processes; monitor and analyze EHS
performance data; implement continuous improvement
initiatives.
What
You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational
Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene,
or a related field.
Must be a
Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-registered Workplace Safety & Health
(WSH) Officer in Singapore.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience in
occupational health and safety.
Direct
experience in warehousing, logistics, or
distribution environments is a significant
advantage.
Familiarity with ISO
45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and
processes.
Proven track record in leading and
conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and
implementing safety training programs.
Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory requirements and
experience interacting with local regulatory agencies.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and
problem-solving skills.
