In this role, you will support and lead programmes that influence innovation, patient safety, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support quality and safety initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop clinical quality models, set standards, and implement audits and risk management frameworks.
- Provide secretariat support to clinical and quality committees and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Oversee incident reporting processes, including managing serious reportable events and facilitating root cause analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the healthcare system to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze clinical quality and safety data, generate reports, and contribute to the development of dashboards and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting meeting minutes and maintaining internal communication platforms, including website updates.
- Partner with clinicians, administrators, and patients to co-create and promote impactful quality and safety programmes.
Requirement
