Roles & Responsibilities
- You will directly assist the Director, Operations as well as the Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services to support the running of the clinical services within the campus.
- You will also play an integral role in the strategic development of these clinical services through redesigning the patient journey via improvement projects or new developmental initiatives for the clinical department.
- In addition, you are expected to guide a team in other aspects of Clinical Operations Support including but not limited to : Project Management, Data Collection & Analysis, Resource Management including budgetary planning, procurement, Event Management & Logistics (on an ad-hoc basis), and other administrative / secretariat responsibilities.
- Where required, you will engage with multi-disciplinary stakeholders within and outside the organization, such as government agencies, community partners, or third-party vendors on matters such as clinical service strategies and implementation plans, infrastructure matters, patient queries, IT issues, regulatory matters, and financials, with the key objective to integrate diverse perspectives to achieve patient-centred care.
- As Team Leader, this role will interact closely with both Senior Management from Clinical Departments, Operations, as well as ground managers.
