Manage the reception area, greeting patients, handling enquiries and phone calls professionally.
Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing (cash or credit card).
Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
Provide assistance to doctors when needed, ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.
Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
Familiar with autoclave and nebulisation process
