Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and handling communications for assigned lawyers.
- Prepare, transcribe, format, and edit legal documents and business materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with house style.
- Manage client onboarding, file opening, billing processes, and expense submissions in accordance with firm policies.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, client materials, and coordination of client events in collaboration with fee earners.
- Maintain CRM data, update lawyer credentials and CVs, and support business development initiatives.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and responding to evolving practice group needs.
Key Requirements
Diploma or professional certification in secretarial studies; legal secretarial background in international firms preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to detail.Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Strong time management, document handling, and critical thinking abilities.Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a professional, client-focused mindset.If you have what it takes, please send your resume to syafiqah@ambition.com.sg or click APPLY NOW.
