Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement plans for commercial interior design projects (size up to ~ 20,000sqft)
• Conduct material take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor project expenditures, progress claims and variations to ensure cost control
• Work closely with project managers, designers and contractors to align budgets with design specifications
• Assess contract terms, manage progress payments and handle final account settlements
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building codes, contracts and procurement regulations
