Job

Scope : Store Operations :

Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including

but not limited to product sales, customer service, product

display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;

Sales Targets : Achieve

personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly

basis as planned by the company;

Product Sales : Carry out

daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers,

and provide basic health advice;

Customer Outreach : Use

various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and

online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing

customers;

Customer

Service : Build and maintain customer management

systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term

clients.

6. Additional

Responsibilities :

a. Recommend appropriate

wellness products

b. Assist new team members in improving

• their sales and customer service skills;

c. Contribute to :

identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns,

increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention
