Job Description :
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
- Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
- Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
- Contract and tender document administration
- Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Quantity SurveyingMinimum 1-2 years relevant experience in building and construction industries - ACMV SYSTEMFresh graduate is welcome to applyPossess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a teamGood communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsPlease indicate the below information in your resume :
