Job descriptionDegree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Possess a creative and innovative mind for the development of engaging and targeted campaigns An analytical thinker who could interpret campaign data to drive decisions Keen knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and performance tracking Keen knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SendGrid Strong content marketing skills such as long and short-form content creation, copywriting Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently Proficient in Microsoft excel and visualisation of dataset Able to work after-office hours / weekend when required (This is due to outreach and marketing events which will typically be held over weekends such as open houses for Poly / JC students etc.) Enjoy meeting and connecting with new people
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Formulation & drive execution of the marketing plan for the NGL programme
- Drive analysis of market trends, candidates’ insights, programme trends and competitors’ analysis to build programme strategy
- Spearhead social media marketing for the NGL programmes to boost engagement with potential applicants, current UG students, and related stakeholder groups.
- Initiate, organize and run information sessions / webinars / experience days locally as well as internationally (as and when required)
- Plan and execute admissions processes for applicants to the NGL programme
