Step into the spotlight with IMBA Theatre — Singapore’s newest stage for immersive entertainment. As our Experiences & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind corporate ticket sales, event space bookings, and membership programmes. You’ll spark partnerships, grow revenue, and craft experiences that put IMBA on the map as the go-to destination for brands, companies, and audiences looking for something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow corporate ticket packages, VIP memberships, and group sales.
- Lead outreach to corporations, institutions, and partners to secure bulk ticketing, sponsorship-linked packages, and corporate entertainment deals.
- Drive venue hire and event space sales by cultivating relationships with agencies, corporates, and private clients.
- Build and manage membership programmes tailored for affluent audiences, UHNWIs, and corporate partners.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and prepare regular reporting on pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to develop tailored proposals, campaigns, and client experiences.
- Represent IMBA Theatre at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
Preferred Attributes :
Proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle venues.Strong corporate network and ability to engage with decision-makers at senior levels.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Passion for arts, culture, and immersive entertainment is a plus.Tell employers what skills you have
