URGENT : Senior / Product Engineer (medical device / application) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

• Be the go-to expert for all product-related inquiries and applications
• Support customers, clinicians, and sales teams with configuration and training
• Deliver engaging product demos, updates, and hands-on training
• Assist in tenders, project proposals, and solution development
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth product commissioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, logistics)
• Offer post-sales services including warranty, maintenance, and user education
