• Hire, train, and manage beauty therapists and other staff members.
• Develop work schedules and ensure staff are professional and highly trained
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and control stock and inventory levels to maximize profitability.
• Drive sales and implement marketing promotions, including social media campaigns, to attract new clients.
• Manage client inquiries, build relationships, and promote the clinic's services effectively.
