Community Operations & Engagement Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Growthbeans is a social enterprise that focuses on creating safe spaces for self-discovery and to connect people together for inclusivity, wellbeing and employability. The Community Operations & Engagement Executive is essential for the continuous impact of the work we do.

In this role, you will manage engagement projects from inception to completion. This includes planning and implementing various activities and programs that aim to engage, inform, educate, or empower the Growthbeans community members. These may include events, workshops, campaigns, surveys, consultations, or partnerships. In order to execute these projects, the individual is required to work on some evenings and / or on weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The community engagement executive will work with the management team in the following areas :

1. Operations Management

• Attend to public enquiries and redirect to relevant stakeholders.
• Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and other operational materials.
• Management and maintenance of database system and ensure all records are updated promptly.
• Administration of events on various platforms and provide regular reporting on event sign ups status.
• Assist to plan, manage and execute events and training.
• Create impact and attendance report post events / trainings for stakeholder reporting.
• Provide admin support where needed to other departments.
• Provide physical and logistic support for all events / trainings.
• Attend to public enquiries and redirect to relevant stakeholders.
