Job descriptionExecute the group sustainability strategy, including roadmaps, goals and targets, code of ethics, and global work processes for the value chain, and keep them abreast of industry trends, risk, opportunities, and changes Identify and execute innovative sustainability initiatives, strategically designed to elevate the environmental, social, and economic impact of our operations / value chain Operationalize all sustainability initiatives relating to social contributions and environmental impacts-related topics, collaborating and engaging with necessary internal and external stakeholders Identify and implement international tools, standards and guidelines e.g United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, GHG Protocol, ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility to elevate the company’s sustainability program Track and manage key metrics and KPIs for sustainability initiatives, communicate progress to senior management Bachelor’s degree in any discipline At least 1-3 years’ experience in corporate sustainability and responsibility Knowledge of key sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g. GRI, UN SDG, TCFD). Familiarity with ESG benchmarks / indices (e.g. GRESB, CDP, MSCI) Good time management skills and ability in managing multiple priorities Good communication, to influence cross-functional stakeholders Represent the brand with professionalism, collaborate effectively as a team player Strong passion for sustainability, a positive learning attitude, and meticulous attention to detail
