Job descriptionDevelop and implement waste management strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and environmental compliance. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to enhance waste processing systems. Lead and manage teams to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality services. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to waste management operations. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the environmental sector. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain best practices. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies. A strong background in waste management within the industry. Experience in leading operations. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
