Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Responsible in quality management and quality interface with suppliers / internal departments
• Work closely with Material Review Board team to meet quality requirements
• Manage quality awareness environment to maintain zero defective quality and products
• Handle customer complaints, work with internal department to resolve quality issue
• Meet established guideline based on customer requirement and business agreement
