  • Scanning of accounting documents
  • Bookkeep simple accounting records
  • Naming and archiving
  • Binding and filing of accounting documents
  • Scanning of letters
  • Preparing simple financial statements using Excel and Word
  • Comfortable to work alone
  • Requiring physical presence when converting hardcopies to softcopies
  • Considering longer term of part-time
  • Part-time rates of S$10 to S$13, preferably AM or PM
