Roles & Responsibilities

The Utility Technician is responsible to monitor, operate, minimum troubleshoot, perform minor maintenance of all facilities and utilities equipment and services in site buildings to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of plant equipment and machinery complying to site Procedures, cGMP, HSE and local statutory guidelines.

• Carry out all the duties and responsibilities that are assigned time to time by engineering team.
• To conduct daily checks to ensure essential F&U equipment are operating satisfactorily at all times.
• Attend to complaints and service request and to maintain records of works carried out.
• Operate the various F&U system and maintain daily operating log of the systems.
• To operate and inspect all ACMV equipment.
• To operate and inspect all waste water system other water treatment systems.
• Ensure housekeeping around plants rooms are in order.
• Check all lightings and replace defective bulbs.
• To operate the boilers and its auxiliary systems in a safe and efficient manner
• To report any breakdown to Duty Engineers.
• Any other scope of work assign.
