Job descriptionManage Firewall rules, remote access / VPN, user access rights and to ensure secured and virus free computing environment; Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security; Perform Disaster Recovery exercise. Set up, administer MSSQL database and monitor database performance; Support / administer various enterprise software (Oracle EBS, ODM & MMS) and service incidents, service requests and change management; Responsible for IT asset management and oversee user requests fulfilment for computers and mobile devices configurations; Ensure seamless and timely IT support operation in rendering technical support to end-users and addressing the troubleshooting on hardware, software, network & telephony / mobile issues. Provide after-office-hour remote support on a rotating basis. Plan and recommend IT CAPEX and OPEX budget spending; Execution of IT CAPEX and OPEX budget spending; Project Management; Vendor Management. Maintenance renewal etc. Diploma / Degree qualification in IT or computer science discipline with minimum 3 years or more relevant experience; Basic project management experience; Extensive IT Infrastructure management and administration experience; Working knowledge of MS SQL; Critical thinking and problem solving mind-set, proactive and highly organised multi-tasker to drive continuous improvement; Independent, team-oriented, and willing to coach non-IT savvy employees; Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written) and positive-minded.

- Windows Server, Cisco and Aruba Network, CheckPoint Firewall and Veeam Backup Management;
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration, including Entra ID.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 Cloud, SharePoint etc.
- Maintain and support in-house web applications and corporate website.
- Ensure the availability, security, integrity, performance and recoverability of Enterprise Systems and Databases.
