What We're Looking For :

✅ 1+ years of experience in IT support or related field

✅ Knowledge of Windows / Mac operating systems

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware
